Badou Jack returns with a win

After nearly a year of inactivity, ripped former world super middle and light heavyweight champion Badou Jack returned fighting durable Blake McKernan as part of the undercard starring  the exhibition between legends Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr.

Badou had no difficulty on taking a wide win via unanimous decision. He used body combinations, shedding ring rust to give us  glimpses of why he is a two-time world champion in two divisions. Badou returned to winning path after drawing with Adonis Stevenson and being defeated by Marcus Browne and Jean Pascal.

The WBC wants to congratulate and recognize in a special way Badou, because in addition to being a great champion, he is one of the most noble and altruistic persons. Badou Jack will be donating his profits to the Badou Jack Foundation, which does an extraordinary job giving “ a Fighting Chance” to children around the world.

He unleashed a cavalcade of punches on McKernan,  who soaked them all up.  With a smorgasbord of combos and body of work to the ribs and midriff, Badou tried very hard to stop the super tough Blake in the closing part of the fight. Hampered by a bloodied nose, Blake fought on to the final bell with courage.
